Oviraptor, whose name means "egg-thief", was a small bipedal dinosaur that lived in the late Cretaceous Period. It is supposed to be carnivorous and in pursuit of eggs, that he had to break with his toothless bill. This alert-looking dinosaur was about 8 feet tall and had a long crest on top of his head. Its large eyes suggest a sharp view and a great vivacity. It seems that the body has been completely covered with feathers.
